Chelsea will receive no more extra tickets from UEFA ahead of next week’s UEFA Europa League final (trophy pictured) with Benfica, say ITV Sport.
The final, which takes place next Wednesday (15 May), will be held in Ajax’s Amsterdam ArenA stadium, which holds a 48,000 capacity.
However, Chelsea have been only allocated 9,800 tickets for the second European showpiece final, dismaying the Chelsea Supporters Trust, who claim some fans will miss out despite travelling to the likes of Rubin Kazan and Steaua Bucharest on a marathon European campaign.
A statement from the trust was released on Tuesday and it stated: “We understand that the unfair allocation of tickets is outside of Chelsea FC’s control, but we would urge Chelsea FC to make the most strident representation to UEFA about this issue, as it appears to occur time and time again in spite of UEFA’s assertion that they will ‘review the situation.”
Benfica supporters have received a similar amount of tickets, with over 50 per cent of seats going to neutral supporters, and the UEFA family including Europa League sponsors Western Union, HTC and Adidas.
The Chelsea range of tickets will range from £39 to £117, but some are changing online already for more than £600 each.
Around 30,000 Chelsea fans travelled to Munich for last season’s UEFA Champions League final, despite only being allocated 17,500 seats in the Allianz Arena for the game itself.

I'm such a huge fan of Chelsea and I can feel how Chelsea fan felt when it was announced that all tickets were sold and they will no longer release extra ones. I'm lucky that I have reserved Chelsea tickets for me and my family. Hopefully next time they will be releasing sufficient numbers of tickets
