Puma Race Off: Aguero meets Rosberg

Argentine striker Sergio Aguero has had a thrilling 2012 and not many football fans will ever forget his dramatic contribution to the final day of an epic Premier League season in May.
Recently, Aguero came out on top of the PUMA Race Off challenge, against other footballers like Cesc Fabregas, Michael Carrick and Phil Jones.
The Manchester City star topped the leaderboard and his prize was to get a driving lesson off Formula One ace Nico Rosberg around the Donington Park race circuit in Leicestershire.
The challenge was set by Rosberg earlier this year by setting a lap around the historic Monza circuit in Italy in a Mercedes F1 simulator.
Rosberg's lap of 1min 21.0secs wasn't beaten by any of the footballers but Aguero came closest with a time of 1min 22.5secs and therefore, won this driving lesson challenge with the German who won the Chinese Grand Prix in April.
Rosberg (pictured with Aguero) gave him some racing tips before allowing the former Atletico Madrid star to drive around the circuit in a race-tuned Mercedes C 63 AMG performance car.
An experience Aguero won't forget
There might have been a lot of tyre smoke and sliding around but Aguero showed his skill with some impressive lap times and possibly hinting at a hobby that he could be more interested in doing when not playing football.
Not wanting to be outdone, Rosberg who will be comepting for Mercedes in the Formula One 2012 season finale in Brazil on Sunday afternoon, then showed how it really is done and took Aguero around Donington in a Mercedes DTM car.
It was an experience that Aguero won't forget. He said afterwards: "I was very happy to win the PUMA Race Off challenge and prove how fast I am in an F1 simulator, and today I showed Nico Rosberg how fast I can be on a real track.
"His driving lesson was pretty boring to be honest so I thought I'd show him how to really drive, but then I have to say in the Mercedes AMG DTM car he impressed me a lot. He's probably nearly as quick as me!"
Rosberg added: "Sergio sure knows how to drive. In the Mercedes C 63 AMG car he flew around the track and handled the car really well, so full respect to him for that. I was a bit surprised how good he was."
