Fleetwood get Forest tie in round one

Football League newcomers Fleetwood Town will play Nottingham Forest in the standout tie of the first round draw of the Capital One Cup.
The trophy, rebranded this year as what was formerly known as the Carling Cup was won by Liverpool last season.

Last seasons' beaten finalists Cardiff City face a trip to Sixfields to play Aidy Boothroyd’s Northampton Town.
Other notable ties include a London clash at The Valley between Charlton Athletic and Leyton Orient whilst Burnley travel to Port Vale and two clubs who have had their financial struggles of recent will do battle at Home Park as Plymouth Argyle welcome Portsmouth.
Byes for the big clubs
All Football League clubs enter at this stage except relegated Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers, who advance into the second round along with 13 Premier League sides.
Cup holders Liverpool, along with European participants Manchester City, Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United will join in at the third round.
